Manousos Voloudakis (1880 - 12 April, 1977) was a Greek lawyer and politician.
He was born in Sfakia, Crete. He studied law at the University of Athens and quickly became involved in politics. From a young age he took part in the Cretan and Macedonian struggle. In 1911 he was elected a member of the Parliament of the Cretan State. In 1912 he led a Cretan volunteer corps, with which he participated in the Balkan Wars, on the front of Epirus. In the elections of 1915, the first after the unification of Crete with Greece, he was elected MP of Rethymno, as his special homeland (Province of Sfakion) was then included in the prefecture of Rethymno. He continued to be elected Member of Parliament (initially Rethymno, then Chania) until 1952. In July 1938 he led the relevant movement against I. Metaxas where after his failure he escaped through the Dodecanese to Cyprus.
After the liberation he returned to Crete where in 1945 he took over as Minister of Crete from 1945 to 1946 in the Sofouli government, while later in the government of Nikolaos Plastiras, in 1950, he took over as Minister of Aviation.
Manousos Voloudakis died at his home in Chania, in 1977, at the age of 97. He was the last alive of the first collaborators of Eleftherios Venizelos.
