Natalia told me the problem is / was the poor quality of the internet line, which disconnects all the time.
She has replaced all exterior parts (line, connector, power-over-ethernet module), and is considering a new internet connection through a SIM card, so through a mobile connection.
She hopes to manage it today to put the webcam back to its original location.
P.S. The silicone paste is still not dry, so tomorrow follows another attempt to put back the cam.
