November data released by Fraport Greece show that Chania airport continues its downward trend compared with the same 11 months of 2017, as a total decrease of -1.5% is recorded.

Have the figures been coupled with an explaination as to why they are showing a negative trend?
Generally, I have been reading about positive growth everywhere in Greece.

Ryanair has closed its base at Chania airport suddenly, so a lot of domestic and international flight slots were lost.

I have used Ryanair many times over the years but unfortunately, their behavior in 2018 has forced me to put them at the bottom of the list when choosing an airline company.
Only out of pure necessity will I use them again. It appears that customers for them are just part of their profit making machinery and not human beings.
I have on many occasions used Aegean airlines for Chania and for me, they come out on top. Plus, their prices are not too far away from Ryanair.
I accept the rules of the game with Ryanair on their low prices but they need to be reminded and re-educated on what a customer is.

I agree with you about Bryanair, they are also on the bottom of my choice. I notice they appear to still be flying to Hania even though their base there is closed.
