We left Sfakia this morning. The weather was beautiful and calm, so I had a quick final swim in order to take the feel and sound and look of the sea and coastline with me. Then we said farewell to our local friends, until October.

The village is lively now, and reservations are quite full for the autumn too, so it looks like it will be a good season. We hope everyone gets through it with good health, and without being as exhausted as last year.

If you come to Sfakia, please post information and photos if you can for those of us who are not there.

Many thanks for your reports Jean! I will arrive in Chora Sfakion in 3 weeks for my annual trip to the village.
