This is shocking. That is a very long and dangerous trip from north coast of Africa to Gavdos, then Gavdos to Crete, in an inflatable boat... crazy.

I don't understand, is the airport not allowing entry? Are people simply not coming???

Thanks Erno. Though I cannot believe that the musicians would wear face masks, this will not be enforced in the mountains of Sfakia this is for sure. You cannot do koupes with a face mask on

Any information regarding if the yearly summer festivals, concerts, and other cultural gatherings will resume? Will Sfakia villages be allowed to hold their annual festivals?

I got in contact with a hiking tour guide known in the area, Paraskevi is her name. Seems like she knows all these trails. I'm not worried about my physical ability, more my horrible sense of direction.
