That's my guess - that they're the same fish. I didn't mention the word Τούρνα, and neither did they. They did volunteer the word Barracuda, and they also volunteered that "in Greece" Τουρνάς is called Λούτσο, plural Λούτσα.

Thanks Erno! That’s what they look like! Inquiries here in the village reveal that the Sfakian fishermen call the fish Τουρνάς, plural Τουρνάδες. They say they are indigenous.
